Artane Partners is an Ireland-based capital advisory firm. We help companies raise EUR 2M+ in debt and equity from institutional allocators across the Gulf and internationally, on an engagement model where our fee is refundable if we do not deliver qualified investor meetings. We put our own money where our conviction is - and it works.
Demand is not our problem. Our origination engine books hundreds of qualified founder and CFO conversations per quarter across LinkedIn, email, and inbound. Converting that demand with discipline, at scale, is the next chapter of this firm - and that is the job.
The mandate
You will own the full client acquisition cycle: a coverage team of analysts who qualify and schedule, senior deal leads who run client calls, and outbound operators across LinkedIn and email - plus the scripts, the follow-up cadence, the weekly scorecard, and the revenue target itself.
You report directly to the founder, who has priced the model, built the tooling, and wants exactly one person to run the machine.

You will
- Own monthly revenue against a staged target path, with won defined as cash collected - never contracts signed.
- Live in the numbers: bookings by channel, show and no-show rates, stage-by-stage conversion, revenue per call held, speed to lead, and follow-up cadence performance. You publish a Monday scorecard the whole firm sees, and you write the commentary.
- Run the weekly rhythm: a coverage team call and a business development team call every week, daily pipeline checks, and a monthly channel review where every acquisition channel is killed or doubled, in writing.
- Coach off tape: review recorded client calls weekly and ship one measured script improvement at a time.
- Build the team: hire, ramp, and manage deal leads and coverage analysts against per-seat targets. You will roughly double the team in your first 120 days.
You have
- 3+ years managing a high-value B2B client acquisition team - EUR 10k+ engagement sizes, a calendar-driven motion of qualification calls, presentation calls, and signed mandates.
- A personal closing history plus a management track record you can state in numbers, stage by stage, without notes.
- Structured call-coaching and hiring experience, including having exited underperformers with a clean process.
- Comfort being measured publicly and paid on collected cash, uncapped.
- Financial services, capital advisory, or Gulf market exposure is a plus, not a requirement.

Funnel work sample - take-home
We hand you a real (sanitized) funnel table. You rank the leaks, plan the first 30 days, and design the scorecard you would publish. Then you defend it live.
Live call review - 60 minutes
You watch a real recorded client call and coach it: the one change you would ship this week, and how you would measure it.
