Advisory

We act for operators and fund managers raising equity and debt from Gulf allocators, and advise on the sale and acquisition of businesses. A senior member of the firm leads every mandate, from the first conversation to completion.

How we run a raise

Sixty to ninety days, in four steps.

Every raise runs as a curated, structured, invitation-only process, with investors we know directly and whose criteria we know.

It is a matching exercise, not a canvass of the market. We would rather introduce a company to three investors who fit than to thirty who do not, and we are judged on the quality of what we bring.

  1. Preparation

Seven to fourteen days to build the full investor pack: the memorandum, the model and the data room, written in-house.

  2. Conversations

A month of investor conversations, with two to three qualified investors a week.

  3. Selection

At the end of the fourth week, the company chooses which investors to take forward into deeper due diligence.

  4. Diligence and legal

Thirty to forty-five days of legal due diligence and negotiation, aiming to place the capital within sixty to ninety days in total.
