Email and Anti-Spam Policy

Artane Partners Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates artanepartners.com as the corporate website of a capital advisory firm registered in Ireland (CRO 795432). This policy states our position on unsolicited email in plain terms: we prohibit the advertising or promotion of artanepartners.com, or any Artane Partners web property, through unsolicited bulk email.

1. Policy statement

No person or organisation is authorised to advertise or promote artanepartners.com through unsolicited bulk email ("spam"). This prohibition applies to everyone: our employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, vendors, service providers, and any third party. We do not permit our domain, our brand, or links to our website to appear in unsolicited bulk email, and we do not pay for, commission, or accept such promotion.

2. What we send

Email that references artanepartners.com falls into three categories:

  • Transactional email - booking confirmations, calendar invitations, call reminders, e-signature requests, and client portal notifications, sent only after a person has requested a call, submitted a form on our website, or entered into an engagement with us.
  • Individual correspondence - one-to-one professional email from named members of our team in the ordinary course of business.
  • Updates by consent - occasional updates sent only where the recipient has opted in, always with a working unsubscribe mechanism that we honour promptly.

3. Email authentication

Mail from our domain is authenticated end to end so that recipients and mailbox providers can verify it and so that our domain cannot be spoofed:

  • SPF is published with a hard-fail ("-all") policy: only our authorised mail infrastructure may send as artanepartners.com.
  • All outbound mail is DKIM-signed.
  • DMARC is enforced at p=reject with sp=reject at 100%: mail that fails authentication is rejected outright.

4. Third parties, vendors and affiliates

Any vendor, agency, or partner engaged by Artane Partners is bound by this policy as a condition of working with us. We do not operate an affiliate marketing programme. Anyone found advertising our website through unsolicited bulk email is acting without authorisation and in breach of this policy.

5. Enforcement

Breach of this policy by an employee or contractor is a disciplinary matter. Breach by a vendor, agency, or partner results in termination of the relationship. Where we identify unsolicited bulk email referencing our domain, we investigate the source and act on it, including removing any responsible sender's access to our systems and reporting abuse to the relevant providers.

6. Reporting abuse

If you have received email referencing artanepartners.com that you believe is unsolicited, please forward it with full headers to contact@artanepartners.com. Reports are reviewed by a director. We treat every report seriously and will confirm the outcome of our investigation on request.
