Artane Partners Limited ("we", "our", or "us") is a capital advisory firm registered in Ireland (CRO 795432). This page describes our text message programme in full: who receives messages, how you opt in, what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to stop. It is published so that anyone - including mobile carriers and messaging regulators - can verify the programme without booking a call.
Only people who book a capital advisory call with us on our own booking form at artanepartners.com/call and who tick the consent box on that form. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain mobile numbers from anyone, and we run no affiliate marketing and no third-party lead generation. There is no other way to join this programme: no keyword, paper, verbal, or QR opt-in.
The booking form carries a checkbox that is unchecked by default. You must tick it yourself. It reads, in full:
"Text me about this call. I agree to receive text messages from Artane Partners with confirmations, reminders and updates about this booking. Roughly 2 to 4 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking."
Leaving the box unticked never affects your booking. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. If you leave it unticked, we simply never text you, and we contact you by email instead.
Every message relates to a call you booked with us. We run no standalone marketing or promotional campaigns to these numbers, we never text anyone who left the box unticked, and we never text a number we obtained anywhere other than that booking form.
Representative examples of the messages we send:
"Hi Sarah, Artane Partners here. Congrats on qualifying. Your account manager will WhatsApp you shortly and prep you for the discovery call on Tuesday 9 September at 3:00pm. Speak soon, Artane Partners Reply STOP to opt out."
"Hi Sarah, this is Piotr at Artane Partners following up on the capital advisory call you booked for Tuesday at 3:00pm. Is that still a good time for you? Reply STOP to opt out."
Roughly two to four messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Artane Partners does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after it. We also honour CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE and END.
Reply HELP or INFO for help, and you will receive: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply." You can also email contact@artanepartners.com at any time and we will remove your number.
To rejoin after opting out, reply START.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.

Messages to United States and Canadian numbers are sent from +1 956 696 0303. Recipients elsewhere may see the sender ID Artane, which cannot receive replies; those messages carry an email address for opting out instead of a STOP instruction.
