Artane Partners, the Ireland-registered capital advisory firm and placement agent, has advised Beng Residences on a AED 20M growth capital raise from Gulf family offices. Artane acted as exclusive placement agent and financial advisor, identifying and approaching strategic investors, structuring the investment, and managing the process through to close.
Beng Residences is a Dubai-based short-term rental operator that provides furnished residential accommodation through its own booking platform. The capital supports the company's expansion into direct property ownership and the conversion of homes into managed short-term rental units. The investment was led by family offices in Riyadh and Doha.
